Summary:
Do YOU believe in magic? Cross over the bridge into a cozy little realm of dreams, filled with comforts, hidden away yet minutes to Saratoga, Glens Falls, Lake George, Cossayuna Lake and a myriad of activities. Snuggled in the woods, this Adirondack paradise is a nice mix of forest and field. Campsite is huge, and friends and family are welcome. Lots of extras included, and more available. Is there anything else can we do for you? Just say so, and we will do all we can. ?
Your Tentrr tent site is tucked in the woods. A few feet away, we've mowed you your own expansive paradise for basking, play or additional tenting. Enjoy the cute two-person swing and let all the stress flow out into the fresh air! At night, lay back on a blanket and take in the sky show. Swing as a couple on oversized discs under a vast expanse of stars. The stargazing and bird watching are amazing here!
Our shower is built for two... or three!! We have a unique battery-powered shower setup, that is portable to the dish/handwashing station... SO convenient. If you need more water, just ask! We are so happy that _you_ will be happy!
SO MUCH is Included for an amazing stay, check the amenities list. Basically, just bring a toothbrush and food, or even skip the food and just have Vicki cook for you! Add on a Brekkie Basket from our Extras. You will have high-quality food made with love in your belly to fuel you through your fun activities and no hassle of going out to *anywhere* if you don't want to!
Drive right up, after a sweet little ramble through pristine, wildflower-adorned or freshly mowed fields, depending on when haying happens!
See our *Extras*. No cooler? Check our Chill Out package. Hungry? Get the Brekkie Basket!! We will spoil you :)
The Magic Glamp setup is a little different. You are HOOKED UP!! We've built a deck on either side. To the left, you have a kitchen deck. To the right and a few feet away, another deck for guests' tents or sunbathing. ?? There is a Queen bed. A 6-person tent is also included for extra campers. *Home-sourced tea, as well as basic linens, soap, a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, bug repellent, and more surprises are included.* The bed will already be made! If you would like to have it otherwise, let us know.
10 gallons of Water and ample firewood are provided to use or leave. You may use the 4 color-coded flashlights and rechargeable power bank lanterns, one has a Bluetooth speaker... turn up the tunes! Listen to your own, or check out The Magic Glamp's own playlist on Spotify.
There's a LED Lighted Makeup Mirror for all you beautiful people to stay glamorous!! Village shopping just 14 minutes away. Outside there's a fire pit, grate, and covered picnic table "kitchen" you will enjoy, whatever the weather (See pics).
? Guests or big kids? An additional tent (in addition to the one included) and three sleeping bags are available, check our Extras.
There's also a huge floor puzzle, assorted games, a sky map, and coloring book and crayons for quiet times. ?
Got a dog? Up to two dogs are welcome on leash, and there is a small doggy shade shelter set up near the field campfire site to keep them included. Use of scooper is free with campsite, and waste goes into the can provided to keep our land healthy and beautiful. There will be a $50 per dogpile cleaning fee for dog refuse left behind upon checkout. We have a crate available for use in the tent (check the Extras list).
? **Linens included with stay: Pillows w cases, top and bottom sheet (white cotton June-August, jersey or flannel fabric September-May), warm blanket, a throw, two large towels, two hand towels, two washcloths, and probably more. In plum season (August), you are welcome to some complimentary juicy goodness from our plum and apricot trees! Around September, the pears may also be ready.
Traveling by train? We're 15 minutes from the Fort Edward train station. TAKE THE TRAIN from downstate or further. We can pick you up, take you to the store and drop you off at the station after, see Extras.
? In the snowy months, to make a reservation, just message us. You will need a snowmobile to access the site, and then 20 acres to yourself! The wood burning stove is capable of heating the tent into the 80's even when the outdoor temperature is 30.

Guest Access:
This is an exclusive Tentrr Signature campsite. Tentrr partners with farmers, ranchers, and other property owners to offer unique outdoor accommodations on beautiful private land. Our campsites are off-the-grid which means they generally do not have access to electricity, wifi, or modern plumbing. Instead, they offer the chance to relax, unplug, and fully experience nature! You'll have the entire campsite to yourself, as you'll be the only Campers enjoying this piece of paradise.
Each campsite includes a 10'x12' safari-style canvas tent on a raised platform, and you'll find one queen bed or a queen-size bunk bed inside (each site is different, see photos for the exact setup). Larger groups can also use the extra 5-person pop-up dome tent that’s provided (you’re welcome to bring your own camping gear too). You'll also have a 6-ft picnic table, outdoor fire pit, 2 Tentrr Adirondack chairs, and a heating source to keep you warm and toasty at night.
What you should bring:
-S'mores supplies & any food you'd like to eat
-A cooler to keep your grub from spoiling
-Bedding and pillows
-Lanterns and lighting
-Firewood for the campfire
-Water
Upon check out, you should leave-no-trace of your stay and be sure your campsite is returned to its natural glory! While Tentrr does not charge a cleaning fee, we do expect campsites to be left how they were found. After you check out, take everything you brought in and be sure to leave your trash at the designated location on the property.
If a CampKeeper submits an incident report after your stay that details evidence of trash or damage to the campsite or the CampKeeper’s property, Tentrr reserves the right to charge a minimum cleaning fee of $50. Just make sure to follow the Camper Manual posted at your campsite and you'll be set!
Toilets: Every campsite is equipped with a camp toilet (we call it the Tentrr Loo). This is a simple wooden box with a toilet seat and a bucket inside. Line the bucket with a CleanWaste bag supplied at the camp (or another appropriate plastic bag) prior to use. Afterwards, simply tie the bag up and place it in a trash bag. We got this idea from bathrooms used on NASA spaceships, and we've used the Tentrr Loo countless times ourselves- don't worry!
Showers: Every Signature campsite comes with a Coleman Sun Shower. The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers. It's constructed of heat-locking material that warms the water when it's left in the sun, even on cool days.
